You don't need the wool blocks. Place water on the blocks in the photo. you can activate it when u place something before the observer so u activate it

HOW TO USE

1. Install the Litematica mod for Minecraft (Fabric).
2. Download the schematic file using the button above.
3. Place the file in your .minecraft/schematics folder.
4. In-game, open Litematica's menu (default M), load the schematic, and place it where you want to build.
5. Gather the resources from the AH cost list and start placing blocks!
