TERMS OF USE

By accessing or using the Donut Schematics website (the "Site"), downloading any schematic file, or uploading content to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, downloaders, and contributors. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Donut Schematics is free to use. To make full use of the schematics you should own a legitimate Minecraft account (Java Edition) and have the Litematica mod installed. If you upload content to the Site, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, or that you have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent.

3.1 User Responsibility

All users are expected to use the Site respectfully. Violations of these Terms may result in removal of uploads, temporary or permanent bans from uploading, or being blocked from the Site and our Discord at our sole discretion.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Site:

• Uploading schematics you do not own or are not licensed to share
• Uploading malicious files, NBT exploits, or files containing offensive content
• Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or any form of toxic behavior
• Spamming, advertising, or promoting unrelated servers or services
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Site
• Impersonating staff members or other community members
• Reselling schematics that are made available for free on the Site

3.3 Appeals

If your upload was removed or your account was restricted, you may appeal by reaching out through our official Discord ticket system.

4.1 Free Library

All schematics on the Site are made available free of charge. Donut Schematics does not sell schematics and does not process payments.

4.2 Licensing

Schematics are licensed for personal, non-commercial use in your own Minecraft worlds and on DonutSMP. Unless explicitly stated by the original creator, you may not redistribute, repackage, or resell schematics found on this Site.

4.3 Credit

When sharing builds based on a schematic from the Site, please credit the original creator listed on the schematic page where possible.

4.4 Availability

We reserve the right to add, modify, remove, or replace any schematic at any time without prior notice.

By uploading a schematic to the Site, you grant Donut Schematics a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute that schematic on the Site for the purpose of operating the community library. You retain ownership of your original creations. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Donut Schematics makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or performance of the Site or the schematics offered. We are not liable for loss of in-game progress, world corruption, downtime, or any other damages resulting from use of the Site or the schematics.

The Donut Schematics name, logo, branding, layout, and original written content on the Site are the intellectual property of Donut Schematics. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce this content without explicit written permission. Individual schematics remain the intellectual property of their respective creators.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any user from uploading to or participating on the Site at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

Donut Schematics is a community-run fan project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with DonutSMP, Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, or any of their subsidiaries. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Studios.
