How a gold farm works
Zombified piglins spawn on platforms in the nether, get lured to a kill spot with a turtle egg and drop gold nuggets, ingots and XP.
Building it
- Build in a nether biome with many piglin spawns, often above the nether roof.
- Download a gold farm schematic and load it with Litematica.
- Build the spawning platforms and the kill chamber.
- Add hoppers to collect gold automatically.
What to do with the gold
- Sell it for money.
- Barter with piglins for ender pearls and more.
- Use the XP to repair gear.
